This position can provide you hands-on and well-rounded experience on global HR(ADM) practices, including HR operations and administrative affairs. The tasks of the position will include a multitude of activities but not limited to the following: 1. Support interview arrangement, correspond with applicants, maintain recruiting files, and provide recruiting records to hiring managers. 2. Personnel Profile management. 3. Conduct daily HR operations and provide HR services to employees. 4. Handling operational issues such as compensation, employee relation matters, employee transfer and relocation, etc. 5. Assisting with ad hoc programs if needed.

HFC focuses on the development of the cutting-edge magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) technology for both stand-alone and embedded applications, with the joint development partnership with the world-renowned industrial institute. HFC plans to build the full MRAM production capacity within the next few years, and becomes the key player in this critical emerging NVM technology.
