Job Description: • Deliver and drive the HR strategic initiatives and plans to support business challenges. • Consistently build HK & TW market talent pipeline by delivering employer branding and attracting top talents in the market to achieve business continuity • Help the team to well understand & fully practice company culture, facilitate change management, contribute to sales team moral building up • Lead annual HK & TW HC & related budget, contribute to people cost control and sales team efficiency • Identify critical competency of Sales team to build capability build mechanism based on business analysis • Support change management smoothly with a growth-mindset and high level of agility • Track the actions plan completion of employee engagement • Compliance: Know the legal and compliance responsibilities of the position; lead ethically and model compliant behavior; maintain an environment where employees are encouraged to speak up without fear of retaliation; ensure employees in area of responsibility understand the compliance responsibilities of their jobs and actively participate in the compliance program. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business administration is a plus • 6 years of working experience in HR function, with at least 3 years as an HRBP or with overall HR expertise • Solid HR experience in reputable multinational corporates, FMCG experience would be a plus • Solid knowledge in local labor law, change management, employee engagement management etc. • Good communication in both Mandarin and English • Proactive, agile with ownership, growth mindset, and good potential
