Position Summary: The Decal, Graphics, and Coatings Developer is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams from Marketing, Creative, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Control, focusing on the development, commercialization and delivery to market of all new decals, graphics, paint, and powder coatings, helping teams to successfully complete new development of assigned focus, and deliver projects on time, on cost and on quality. Position Responsibilities: • Leads the development of new Decals, Paint, Powder Coatings, Graphics and packaging for all SSG brands • Coordinates cross functional project teams and delivers decals, graphics, and new coating development on time and on budget while meeting FOX quality standards • Develops test plans to qualify decals and new decal materials prior to mass production • Works closely with manufacturing to ensure decal application can be implemented in a mass production environment • Meets with existing supply base to stay up to date on new technologies, processes and materials • Develops new suppliers following FOX supplier approval guidelines • Works with the marketing and creative teams on the development of new programs • Works with the supply base in Asia to ensure new products meet FOX quality requirements • Manages supplier performance to a gold level on the FOX supplier scorecard system • Manages projects to the overall Project Master Schedule with input from all stakeholders on the project core team to ensure their functional schedules support the Master Project Schedule, for multiple, concurrent projects • Drive timely decision making on project issues, ensuring the impact to other stakeholders are clear
