o Coordinating development activities across multiple suppliers  Identify, document, and eliminate cost drivers early in development  Assist suppliers to plan the most robust process flow to meet high quality and throughput requirement  Assist company to perform cost reduction program with suppliers, eliminate non-quality cost.  Identify and resolve bottleneck issues;  Identify and report suppliers’ capability to Fox Taiwan and Fox USA  Drive actions to develop best-in-class supply base  Define quality checkpoints clearly for suppliers to achieve quality goals o PPAP Qualification  Coordinate and validate PPAP documentation received from suppliers, drive understanding of PPAP documentation requirements and validating information at suppliers.  Coordinate and analyze pFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flows, CPK studies and GR&R gage studies o Ongoing quality trend analysis – Gather data, maintain long-term studies, and direct suppliers to organize into Pareto analysis for component manufacture. Use data to troubleshoot production quality problems, and drive issues to resolution as part of the Fox Team. o Trouble-shooting Supplier Quality Issues  Work closely with suppliers to identify and evaluate root cause of quality issues, implement robust containment strategies, and improve process to avoid future discrepancies  Evaluate suppliers’ contributions to the supplier evaluation system  Work with suppliers to improve overall quality ratings  Quickly resolve issues at the supplier to maintain production supply o Maintain documentation and records – Prioritize, operate and coordinate Fox quality portal and Filemaker Database in accordance with Fox Racing Shox requirements. o Sourcing activities – Work with suppliers at the start of a project on DFM proposals to drive cost reduction and quality improvement efforts. o Follow up for follow through – Actively maintain action item trackers with Fox teammates; effect consistent follow-up with Fox team members; document quality issues and improvements and share with group. o Benchmarking – Document key supplier progress every 45 days, report and evaluate actual capability of supplier
