Position Overview: Advance package process for CIS and TDDI. Responsibilities: 1. New technologies related package solution, evaluation and verification for CIS and TDDI. 2. Interact with Design Engineer, Application Engineer and OSAT. 3. Co-work with OSAT, color, and Si foundry to improve process window and assembly issue. 4. Address and solve engineering problems.
