KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: The position is a full-time position with Fox Factory Switzerland GmbH, Taiwan Branch. The position will be an accounting position at the Company’s Taiwanese location. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Responsible for the Accounting functions of the plant including o Accounts Payable, including organizing invoices, vouchering, preparing the payment and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. o Accounts Receivable, includes processing invoices, collecting overdue accounts and account reconciliation, following up with customers and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner o Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close processes o Prepare PBC and related requirement for internal and external auditing o Analyze expenses, assist managers for its forecast and prepare cash projection o Reconcile VAT and related Tax issues o Assist with special projects as required o Communicate and have meetings with other departments in United States
