As a Personal Assistant for Taichung new factory, you provide a comprehensive business support service for the plant director and senior leadership team to assist them to operate with maximum efficiency. Enhance the office services team effectiveness by providing daily leadership, whilst anticipating business requirements and proactively take necessary actions. Managing diaries, travel arrangements, customer liaison, event management and much more. You act as an ambassador, actively gate-keeps and you are involved in liaising with the senior stakeholders around the business. You lead internal communication management towards stakeholders whilst new factory start-up and running operation, so all colleagues feel well informed. You will be responsible for several medias and platforms, such as Newsletters, Posters, Info screens, Yammer, Intranet and more. What you need to make a difference Are you recognized for your excellent administrative support to business? Do you enjoy following processes and being customer oriented? Are you a leader that is capable of inspiring and motivating others? If so, we would love to hear from you! - Relevant degree in office management, HR or similar - Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role - Exceptional computer skills (presentations, Excel, Yammer, SharePoint etc) - Business acumen, discretion and confidentiality - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Work well under pressure, effectively set clear direction, be flexible and embrace variety and change - Remain proactive, with a tenacious attitude to problem solving as well as a strategic mind - Fluent in both Chinese and English
