Job Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly journal entries to record payroll related transactions • Provide accruals for payroll and related transactions for pay cycle cut-off • Perform monthly reconciliation on salary, group benefits, bonus, payroll tax, PTO, etc • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax return filing • Monitor and reconcile stock sharing plan (RSU, ESPP) for APAC countries • Manage day to day HR transaction services to ensure timely processing of payroll information and accurate allocation • Partnership with internal departments on salary reviews and other payment calculations Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years of payroll accounting experience in MNC with US GAAP • Knowledge of payroll / welfare related regulations • Experienced in Payroll system and Oracle R12 • Excellent command of communicating in reading and writing English
