The Role: • Entegris is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented, and highly energetic Contract Specialist / Paralegal to provide support for the company’s Legal Department. The successful candidate must be able to work as a member of a larger legal team, as well as independently manage a high volume and a variety of projects and agreement work. The ideal candidate will have corporate and multinational public company experience and possess project management skills with an ability to manage projects. This position is located in Hsinchu, Taiwan. In this role you will: • Under the supervision of attorneys, coordinate, organize, draft, prepare and interpret legal documents, build and maintain relevant databases and files; Conduct legal research; Contract and NDA review, negotiation and management; • Manage and monitor the usage of the company chops, and review the documents to be affixed company chops; • Subsidiary maintenance and record keeping; • Provide support for Law Department team members on all commercial, corporate and administrative matters; • Proofreading; Translation; • Accomplish ad-hoc or special projects, research, reports, data and problem analysis as assigned; • Undertake other tasks as requested. Qualifications: • LL.B. from Taiwan law school; overseas LL.M. or JD is preferred; • Fluent in Chinese and English (reading, writing and speaking); • Minimum 3 years’ experience handling, drafting, or revising contracts; • High aptitude using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software skills including SAP, DocuSign, etc.; • Experience at a global, US-based technology company is preferable..
