As part of the in-house legal team, you will be serving internal clients from practically all other departments within Gogoro, with the ultimate goal of managing the legal risks of the company while supporting Gogoro’s rapid business growth. The work environment will be fun yet challenging, dynamic yet fulfilling. Your main responsibilities will be: (1) In close collaboration with business and/or marketing teams, drafting, negotiating and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts (in both English and Chinese) such as procurement, sales, franchise, lease, investment and partnership agreements; (2) Researching and advising on matters related to regulatory compliance, consumer protection, labor law, competition law and other legal areas; (3) Selecting and working with outside counsel to resolve disputes and manage administrative inquiries; and (4) Managing the legal protection of personal data and trade secrets.
