•Be responsible for establishing policy, procedure and related documents to maintain high quality of project management in this company •Manage the project assigned throughout the whole project management processes in the team •Understand project owner’s need and accountable for the deliverables during project lifecycle •Manage the project schedules of multiple projects by using existing tools and personal methods to ensure project members achieve and have an understanding of expectations, deliverables, dependencies, risks, development process and progress •Ensure stakeholders and project sponsors are consistently apprised of ongoing updates/changes/progress

忠欣股份有限公司成立於1972年2月。2001年9月與美國ETS（教育測驗服務社）簽約成為ETS台灣區總代理，負責ETS在台之多益英語測驗(TOEIC)、多益普及測驗(TOEIC Bridge)與托福紙筆測驗(TOEFL ITP)等。除測驗類產品外，另代理ETS研發之線上英文作文評量工具Criterion，作為英文作文之學習工具。希望藉由國際性英語測驗與學習產品，做為國人英語學習、升學及就業之檢定工具，提昇國人英語溝通能力，從而能面對國際性競爭。 除英文測驗及英語學習產品外，忠欣公司貿易事業部目前有代理THULE、GoPro、SCAT、KADRIA、ENGEL等各項知名品牌汽車百貨、運動攝影機與行李箱包類等產品。2006年引進法國法鉑馬賽肥皂。使休閒產品品項更加多元化。 忠欣公司另有代理DxR線上虛擬醫護教育軟體，作為醫護人員線上臨床教育工具。
