Manage interior fitout project throughout phases. The scope of responsibility: - Establish effective project execution plan - Create project budget for Client’s approval - Create project programme (schedule) for Client’s approval - Prepare design briefs - Organize & chair meetings & produce effective minutes. - Produce effective technical reports and regular program reports - Be familiar with local contractors, suppliers and market - Organize & analyse procurement of all contractors & suppliers - Carry out commercial negotiations with contractors, consultants and authorities. - Carry out efficient contract administration. - Represent the Client from inception to completion of the project - Manage the pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project. -Carry out value engineering, buildability analysis, and critically review the design and documentation. - Implement an appropriate quality control system -Track and report on the actual progress & actual spending, compared to programs and budgets, and advise corrective action to Client.
