• Support project teams to develop, control and maintain the project schedules including; • Create initial master baseline critical path method (CPM) schedules. • Develop Level 3 Schedules to include engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning activities • Prepare schedules following a standard work breakdown structure, define work tasks and relationships • Liaise with site team and sub-contractors to align on method and level of detail to track progress measurement of work packages. • Conducts regular reviews against plan and align with project team to take corrective actions as required. • Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports, Gantt, milestone charts, S-Curves, look-ahead etc. • Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on the Project including weekly and monthly updates • Support “what-if” scenario planning, mitigation option analysis and EOT/Claims (as necessary) • Ensures project controls and reporting requirements are understood and followed
