1.Be responsible for the Analog Mixed Signal IC development as a Technical Lead, mainly based on CMOS technology for applications focusing on switch mode power supply controllers (ACDC) 2.Be responsible for IP development, patent and IC Architecture Definition 3.Key Analog Mixed Signal IC designer and responsible to ensure overall circuit design quality of the design team 4.Experienced in state of the art verification methodologies and become key driver for 1st Time Right design 5.Coaches & challenges new ideas, actively balances risks and opportunities and drives decisions 6.Interface with Test, Application, Marketing, Project Managers and Concept engineers to successfully bring new products from concept to release to production 7.Involve in circuit concept development based on system specification and to come up with effective development plan 8.Is a mentor, shares knowledge and fosters talents among the design team 9.Provide layout support to layout engineer, top level module simulation, silicon debugging if required 10.Responsible for post silicon validation and characterization support 11.Work closely with Digital Designer and able to provide inputs to define the interface circuits to the digital blocks in the IC and its verification methods (Locate at Singapore )
