POSITION SUMMARY: FriendFinder Networks is looking for a Quality Assurance Lead will ensure QA processes are followed to create test plans, execution, and acceptance scenarios to confirm products meet established quality control standards for Company web sites. Your contributions will ensure FriendFinder Networks will continue to provide our customers the best possible experience for everyone who visits our sites 24 hours a day, every day of the year, all over the world. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Lead development, execution, and analyze test plans, cases, and acceptance scenarios • Create and maintain test procedures through documentation • Provide function, integration, performance, and usability testing of internal marketing tools and reports • Define scope and objectives of QA testing • Work with development team to ensure the integrity and technical quality of marketing tools and reports • Report defects clearly in JIRA • Plan end-to-end tests and execution for new features • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by finding bugs, defects and verifying fixes • Work with support and development teams to troubleshoot production issues WHAT YOU MUST HAVE • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience • 3 years of experience in QA • 1+ years’ experience with MySQL, SQL or a similar database system • Experience working with a variety of programming languages and environments • Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues • Must be at least 21 years old or older • Must be comfortable with adult content WHAT IS PREFERABLE TO HAVE • Able to understand the code under the hood and think of edge cases that may cause a problem • Working knowledge of some or all of the following quality assurance methods: unit, integration, regression, user interface manual testing • Familiar with Windows, Mac, and cross browser testing • Familiar with GIT and JIRA • Familiar with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test designs and execution • Experience in HTML, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery • Experience testing web-based enterprise applications
