Purpose： Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results under minimal supervision. Records data from testing in standard formats and provides results to product and engineering teams. Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing. May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes. Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment with printers/copiers and measurement equipment. Assists the manager and provides work direction and technical guidance to team members; gives work direction to other technicians. Key Responsibilities： 1. Works under minimal supervision to assist the manager and provide daily work direction to the other testing technicians. Will write test protocols and perform machine set-up and complete maintenance. Has responsibility for multiple OEM lines and/or test equipment. 2. Perform tests with the guidance of Quality Engineers following written protocols. 3. Record machine condition information and quantitative data. 4. Collect print quality data using industry specific equipment. Provide data to Quality Engineers and review during test write up. 5. Provide support and testing results to the Quality Engineers in the evaluation and resolution of product quality issues. 6. Help maintain optimum performance of all test machines to ensure the reliability and validity of testing. 7. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives. 8. Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned to deliver consistent internal and external customer service.
