Purpose： Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results under the supervision of Testing Technician Lead or Quality Engineer. Records data from testing in standard formats and provides results to product and engineering teams. Assists technical teams with recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing. May require knowledge of industry specific tests with printer/copiers and measurement equipment. Key Responsibilities： 1. Perform tests with the guidance of Testing Technician II, Lead or Quality Engineer following written protocols. 2. Record machine condition information and quantitative data. 3. Collect print quality data using industry specific equipment. Provide data to Technical Analyst and review during test write up. 4. Provide support and testing results to the Technical Analysts and Quality Engineers in the evaluation and resolution of product quality issues. 5. Help maintain optimum performance of all test machines to ensure the reliability and validity of testing. 6. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives. 7. Perform other projects, work and activities as assigned to deliver consistent internal and external customer service.
