Primary role of this position is to co-work with customer on the new product introduction and solve test issue during mass production. •Develop/modify test program and hardware to meet customer's requirement. •Manage customer communication, including project status update and resolving issues with customer. •Interact with the respective supporting departments in implementing and executing the new requirements. •Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers, resolve difficult technical issues.
