The role holder is responsible for achieving high level of quality and integrity of developed software/hardware modules or products by conducting or assisting in tests and evaluations. Key Accountabilities: ‧ Qualification & Test: Tests products / solutions including hardware, software, operating systems, firmware and BIOS (if applicable), according to internal test specifications and processes ‧ Documentation: Provides detailed test record of test results in line with requirements. ‧ Technical Expertise: Maintains product and solution knowledge. ‧ Test environment: Update individual system configuration based on request, maintain and configure network switch / router / firewall setting to meet infrastructure request. ‧ Process Improvement: Improves test specifications and process descriptions Key Performance Indicators: ‧ Achievement of targeted product quality ‧ Problems are solved ‧ Processes, guidelines and procedures are applied. ‧ Good communication and positive team work. Continues skill development in various areas in accordance with market/industry development (breadth/depth/actuality of knowledge)
