Basic Responsibilities： A. Familiar with all the Reliability test, including but not limit to environmental, vibration, shock, margin, HALT and package test. B. Capable of capture potential product risk using DfR technique. Such as, Derating, FTA, DFMEA, MTBF prediction, ORT, Reliability growth. C. Reviewing hardware and mechanical specification, or customer requirement to create test plan, criteria, schedule, and waterfall to ensure we deliver robustness product as expected. D. Responsible for operating in-house test equipment. Including regular calibration, maintenance, and annual operating budget plan. E. Maintain good relationship with 3rd party lab to speed up survey and quotation process. (ex. SGS, Intertek, ETC) F. Capable of perform the failure analysis process and issue solving skills. G. Identifying, assigning or coordinating the necessary resource among the team to complete the job. H. Monitor field return and provide corrective actions with data driven approach. I. Providing clear visibility to finance to cover all reliability related risk. Such as warranty end of life forecasts NRE estimation, and other re-work or re-manufacturing liability.
