- Site inspections - Managing Quality documentation to comply with contractual agreements - Make recommendations for improvements (general, checklist etc) - Preparing and controlling quality documentation on site (ensuring current revisions are implemented on sites). - Ensure that relevant specifications are operated on site. - Ensure that utilized tools on site comply with company standards and procedures with spot check - Maintaining Quality data on Workspace/Q drive - Fill in, complete and distribute Quality documentation according to process - Perform walk downs. (internal and with client) - Checklists (Control and maintain) - Support on Non-conformity system. (Regular reporting of open project NCR's to PM; includes those generated in production) - Various ad hoc quality tasks and coordination of these with site manager. - Monthly reporting including KPI's to regional Quality Manager and HQ - Completion of snagging lists (recommended to be in cooperation with customer.) - Monitor that storage of components is according to company procedures. (Harbors, onsite, storage areas) - Monitor (spotcheck) that work on site is done by competent persons e.g. repairing, installation etc. -Has the authority to stop a SWT installation in coorporation with the Regional Quality Manager according to the STOP work process.
