Tasks​ Participate in ensuring a safe work environment by following Siemens Gamesa's Health and safety regulations​ Quality inspection of parts, blades and nacelles done visually or by NDT (None Destructive Testing) according to requirements and specifications. Report errors and corrective actions in defined action tools for further handling.​ Provide continuous feedback to the Local Quality Management Team and the local QC coach on potential quality and training issues​ Be ambassador for quality, support all colleagues in quality issues and escalate potential questions to the correct stakeholder(s) Secure level of quality is reached by specifications to requirements and not all other input by persons. Verification of the quality requirements in the Inspection to avoid consequences it might have, if the requirements are not met ​ Create inspection rapport after conducting the visual inspection of Blades, Nacelles (or components for Incoming Inspection)​ Handling of Non-Conformance Reports according to Siemens Gamesa’s standards​ Only relevant for Incoming Inspection: Quality inspection of components from external suppliers through the warehouse​ ​Personality Traits:​ - Capability and flair for communicating a message to larger groups of people​ - Personal confidence and ability to stand firm on quality issues towards all layers of the organization​ - Keep perspective during various work situations​ - Exceptional levels of attention to detail​ - Accept to perform work in all weather conditions by different seasons ​ Qualifications​ - Intermediate in English, some specifications is only possible to get on English, also containing technical terminology. ​ - Basic IT skills (SAP, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)​ - Preferred experience of working with different measuring tools low to high level as laser tracker, endoscope, etc. Reading drawings and understand to work according to and by detailed specifications. ​ Education and Experience:​ - No demand for a specific educational background, but experience from a job related to quality is preferred​ - Knowledge and experience from a production environment​ - Technical or craft experience is a plus
