You will be part of the global product compliance team which supports regulatory, safety and environmental compliance of all products manufactured by Kingston and its affiliated brands. You will oversee the worldwide environmental compliance, certifications and hazardous substance management of products alongside fellow product compliance teammates from development to launch as well as post-launch of all Kingston products. Essential Functions: •Manage hazardous substance control of products, including RoHS, REACH, Prop 65 and other applicable standards and regulations and look for opportunities to improve the management of environmental product compliance regulations. •Evaluate and maintain environmental regulations, compliance processes including process maps and procedures, databases and supplier relationships and make recommendations as necessary. •Review products to all environmental compliance standards and assess for potential environmental hazards and provide guidance to the design/sourcing teams. •Communicate and translate environmental product compliance requirements clearly and effectively at all levels within the organization and through various mediums (i.e. web, e-mail, presentations, meetings). •Train, engage and maintain healthy and professional relationships with internal departments and suppliers to provide compliance information and track the use of materials, identify substances that should be removed due to their hazardous properties, and make efforts to improve a product’s environmental footprint. •Continually improve Kingston’s compliance assurance systems that enable efficiency in selection of better materials and compliance, including supplier full material disclosure (FMD) and ensure supplier compliance requests and databases are being managed. 身為全球產品合規團隊的一員，您將協助金士頓及附屬品牌所生產的所有產品之合規性、安全及環境合規。從產品開發到上市，您將與團隊成員共同監督產品的全球環境合規、認證及有害物質管理。 工作內容: •依照RoHS、REACH、Prop 65和其他適用的標準和法規來進行產品有害物質管控，並優化產品環境合規的管理規定。 •評估及維護環境法規、合規流程，包含流程圖及程序、數據庫和供應商關係，並適時提出建議。 •檢視產品是否符合所有環境合規標準，評估潛在環境危害，並提供相關指導原則給設計/採購團隊。 •透過各種溝通媒介（如網站、電子郵件、簡報、會議），清楚且有效的將環境合規性要求傳達給公司所有層級單位。 •替公司內部門及供應商進行培訓，建立並維持良好關係。提供合規資訊、追蹤材料使用、去除有害物質，並致力於改善產品的環境足跡。 •持續改善公司合規管理系統，提升材料選擇及合規性的效率，其包含供應商全物質管理系統（FMD）及確保對供應商的合規性要求及數據庫為可管可控的。
