1、具ISO 9001 2015的觀念 2、負責開發新產品量產到生產過程之品質控制，尋求通過測試、控制及改進流程來提升品質 3、主要負責解決產品生產過程中所出現的重複性品質異常問題 4、策劃、成立品質重複性問題改善專案，矯正、改善及有效解決重複性品質問題 5、跨部門合作提出解決滑軌、滑座品質提升方法 6、主導品質持續改善及追蹤各項行動方案追蹤 7、簡化、優化生產過程中量測手法及檢具的使用 8、跟蹤及追蹤分析產品SLR根本原因及解決對策來降低各項不良率指標 9、CP、SPK原因分析及追蹤各單位改善進度跟催 10、客戶服務的品保程序之規劃/管理，協同處理客戶抱怨，提出改善對策，確認改善成效 11、協助處理主管交辦事項
