While continuing to protect company interests the SM should endeavor to maintain a good relationship with the customer and focus on customer satisfaction - In accordance with the contract and QA/EHS system be compliant with local legislation and in accordance with company internal guidelines at all times Responsibilities - Responsible for organizational site setup and daily management on site - Overall responsible for the site organization, site administration setup and general site facilities - Overall responsible for communication internally and externally - Ensure financial control of the project - Overall ESH responsible on site - Responsible for executing project targets/milestones - Responsible for efficient implementation of the project in compliance with customer and subcontractor contracts - Responsible for monitoring parts, equipment and tools on site - Responsible for ensuring that installation work is performed in agreement with QA regulations/standards - Responsible for continuous improvements on site and participate in and support business improvement programs - The employee is obligated to keep him- or herself informed of the QA system and the procedures related to the position and to work in accordance with the requirements defined in the QA system - The employee is obligated to keep him- or herself informed of the procedures relevant to the position. This includes waste sorting and handling of chemicals in the work area.
