Role​ As a quality engineer you will mainly be manager of major CAPAs (Corrective Actions Preventive Actions) for large NCC (Non-Conformance Cost) cases. Define the problem, establishment of cross function team and coordination of the teamwork. Responsible for definition of containments and corrective actions. Root cause analysis. Implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions. Lessons learned. You will be a technical support to the production and quality team and advising management in decision making and carry out decisions. ​ As engineer you will also be identifying and driving quality improvement initiatives that support cost out activities and customer satisfaction. For example, driving big programs with strategic impact for the company, new systems or quality standards driven by global OPS QM. ​ There will also be activities related to NPI (New Product Introduction) and P-FMEA (APQP4Wind). Ensure QM related deliverables on new product introduction projects are kept. Ensure correct risk management. Governance of non-conformities, PFMEAs, control plans, MSA, SPCs. ​ ​ About you ​ You have a minimum of 5 years working experience with Quality Management within the PDCA cycle and thorough understanding of quality topics, e.g. NCR/NCC/QI, quality methods and APQP/CAPA. This experience is preferable gained in Heavy Industries, Energy industry - or other industries (e.g. Automotive). ​ You have worked as engineer in a production environment where there is a need of being able to talk to all levels of employees, from management to the mechanical production workers on the shop floor. High English communication skills is needed. ​ You have an engineering degree or experience within the area of data analysis, calculation and technical investigation (drawing and specification). Preferable you have worked with APQP4Wind or similar and you have a six-sigma degree.
