Purpose： Lead and advise lab personnel, evaluate products and warranty claim evaluations. To provide technical support/training to Product Development, Sales personnel, Product Marketing, and our worldwide customer base. Perform equipment maintenance. To provide assistance to and back-up for the Quality/Materials Analysis Manager. To provide assistance to laboratory staff and manager regarding product/technology specific testing. Key Responsibilities： 1. Lead material analysis on new and existing products. Testing the products and evaluate performance relative to OEM equivalent products, prepare reports and make technical recommendations. 2. Give work direction to Quality/Materials Analysis Testing Technician I or II. 3. Coach and advise lab personnel, supported departments and suppliers on procedures and issues related to product/technology specialties to provide accurate data and reduce cycle times. 4. Provide post-sales technical support to customers, Katun employees, and suppliers to resulting in a positive and valuable perception of our products by customers and employees. 5. Address customer concerns regarding the performance of our products by evaluating warranty claims products to ensure quality and providing training to customers for resolution of potential problems. 6. Coordinate and provide technical training for products, technologies, test/diagnostic equipment, and processes to all Katun employees, suppliers, and customers so they may provide quality products and services. 7. Maintain optimum performance, certification, and collaboration of all test and diagnostic equipment to ensure the reliability and validity of testing. 8. Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives, and personal and professional development to maximize individual, departmental and organizational capacity. 9. Performs other projects, work and activities as assigned to deliver consistent internal and external customer service.
