1. 監督倉庫運作必須符合GMP、GDP及ISO規定，並適時提出改善建議或發出異常進行矯正/預防措施調查。 2. 負責培訓或指定人員培訓新進人員檢驗規範。 3. 品管相關事務管理；如品檢人員工作分配調度、即時處理日常品檢問題。 4. 各產品的品質管制及檢驗標準之建立與審查；如物料標準品、產品(半製品)規格書、檢驗方法制修訂。 5. 各項檢查及報告簽核或放行；如產品/物料進貨有關檢驗成績表、加工單、退貨單。 6. 品檢事項的對外聯繫窗口；如回報品檢結果、回報產品溫度資料、檢驗異常事項通報。 7. 品質文件核准前之審閱；如標準作業程序書、變更管制申請表、包裝批次紀錄。
