1. Specialize in IOMS, TEA and ICP product service support and other general product in the future 2. Provide customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized equipment. 3. Undertake product installation on client premises. 4. Provide training and technical advice on instrument use, both in person and by phone. 5. Investigate difficulties and solve faults arising from operation or utilization. 6. Rectify problems or suggest solutions or arrange for repairs to be made. 7. Provide an important link between customers and Sales and Marketing. 8. Act as a liaison with factory technicians to report and correct faults. 9. Monitor repairs in terms of the organization’s service / warranty cover and making suggestions as to product improvements. 10. Schedule and carry out planned maintenance calls and perform regular customer visits. 11. Make recommendations about spare part needs and assisting with monitoring equipment.
