As a MTB Program Management senior Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, developing and scheduling key Programs, such as 3DI transfer and Automation programs at MTB, using structured Program Management methodologies and business processes. You will be expected to work with other departments / job functions and the Program teams to ensure timely delivery of Program outcomes in line with the Program objectives. The Program Management senior Engineer is competent in Program Management methodology, Performance Management system, Reporting and shows good communications skills, is result driven and can apply a personal, persuasive style in driving for timely completion of Programs. Responsibilities and Tasks 1.Partner with Program Managers to define Projects to support key Programs 2.Collaborate with Program managers to identify gaps / opportunities in Program performance 3.Propose Programs to address the gaps and capitalize on opportunities 4.Collaborate with the Program managers to define Program level metrics 5.Partner with Program teams to plan, develop and schedule Programs based on established Program Management methodology 6.Collaborate with Program teams to develop the Program charter, work breakdown structures, stakeholder involvement and risk analysis 7.Develop Program activity plans with clear milestones and schedule them in the Program tracking system 8.Develop metrics to measure the success of Programs 9.Carry out regular reviews and report of key Programs and progress of Programs with management 10.Monitor progress of Programs and work with the Program Managers to keep the portfolio of Programs updated 11.Work with Program teams to identify actions to bring Programs that are at risk of failure / slippage back on track 12.Develop Business Processes, reports and software tools to manage and improve the Program / Program Management processes 13.Carry out reviews of Program failures / misses and drive Continuous Improvement of the Program / Program Management processes 14.Provide technical expertise and training on Program Management methodology 15.Act as Program Managers for key Programs, when assigned
