• Be the technical leader for process technology (such as WLCSP, power MOSFET, BCD PMIC, ASIC, etc.) transfer from internal fab / foundries to support ON semiconductor’s business needs and demands. • Manage new product development and transfer needs for business unit using foundry technology, including mask tapeouts, inline data analyses, yield improvement and process corner execution. • Manage foundries for process transfer, electrical matching, product yield improvement, process freeze and qualification in timely manner. • Manage external foundries to meet quality, cycle time, and delivery needs. Set performance goals and manage the results. • Drive design of experiments for process module, device performance, and yield improvement. • Collaborate with internal fabs for benchmark and share learning on quality, yield, performance, and manufacture systems. • Enable new technology joint development in external foundries.
