Payroll Operation 薪資作業 • Responsible for managing SSG Taiwan’s payroll, including directly administering and partnering with 3rd party payroll agency to ensure all regular payroll and year end tasks are done accurately and on time 全權負責SSG集團台灣廠的薪資作業,包含與第三方系統商合作,以確保每月薪資結算與年底相關作業能準時完成。 • Maintain and regularly check attendance records in the system; verify and ensure employee attendance, leave records, etc. are aligned 定期維護系統中的考勤紀錄,確保員工的出缺勤與請假紀錄都正常。 • Prepare and deliver various reports and remittances for external agencies 準時提供外部廠商相應的報告與匯款資訊。 • Collaborate with Finance at year-end and during the year through activities such as: payroll journal entries, payroll accruals, and any payroll or labor cost related analysis 在各種與薪資相關的工作事項中與財務部緊密合作,包含薪資報表、相關分攤表以及人力成本分析等作業。 • Be the primary contact between Human Resources, Employees (active and former) and Finance for any payroll related inquiries 若在職或離職員工有任何薪資相關問題,能擔任對應窗口,在人資部門與財務部門中進行所需協調工作。 • Investigate payroll issues, identifying causes, formulating recommendations for resolution of issues, implement approved solutions and ensure issues are fully resolved 面對任何薪資作業過程中產生的問題,能找出真因,並提供適當的解決方案以確保未來薪資作業能無誤的發放。 • Enhance internal controls and improve the efficiency of the payroll function by: monitoring systems, methods and controls; identifying gaps and recommending improvements; implementing approved changes; and developing supporting procedure manuals and documentation 增進薪資作業效率的同時也能提高內部控制,使用方法包含: 監控內部系統、方法與控制流程、提出改善方案並執行、發展內部工作流程說明書 Benefits Administration 勞健保、團保作業 • Coordinate all employee benefits programs 主導所有員工保險相關專案 • Track benefits eligibility, enrollments and terminations, as well as administer benefits for employees on leave 維護員工加退保紀錄 • Be the primary contact between Human Resources, Employees (active and former) and Finance for any benefits related inquiries 當在職或離職員工對保險有疑慮時,擔任主要對應窗口,在人資部門與財務部門間進行所需協調工作。 • Investigate benefits issues, identifying causes, formulating recommendations for resolution of issues, implement approved solutions and ensure issues are fully resolved 當保險相關事項有問題產生時,能積極調查、找出真因,提出並且執行改善方案直到該問題不再發生。 • Regularly reconcile benefits invoices, investigate variances, and implement corrective measures 定期核銷保險相關單據、核對誤差值並執行矯正方案 • Generate and maintain benefits reporting as needed 若有需要時,製作並維護相關報表。 Records Management & Administrative Support報表管理與其他行政作業支援 • Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and accuracy of the HRIS system 維護人力資源系統的正確性與即時性 • Partner with 3rd party payroll agency to ensure accuracy and timely updates of employee information in HRIS 與第三方系統商合作,以確保員工資訊能正確且即時的反應在系統上 • Responsible for filing and maintenance of all physical HR and employee files 維護紙本人事資料表與員工表單紀錄 • Issue HR documentation as requested (i.e. service certificate, status change notice, etc.) 開立員工所需之表單或證明(例如: 服務證明、職務異動通知...等) • Provide ad-hoc administrative support as requested 其他臨時性行政支援
