The Global HR Sr. Specialist will be a part of the HR team which to be handle a variety of Global HR related all the HR Operations. This position can provide you hands-on and well-rounded experience on global HR practices, including the following: 1. Manage HR operational support across all the functional areas and HR calendar program to worldwide companies 2. Support compliance initiative including Organizational Structure, HR Police, procedures and labor law, pertaining to local regulation and program 3. Manages overall project communication and resolves issues 4. Executive report and analytics HR system and program to delivery operation requirements. 5. Design, implement and monitor all the issue of HR regarding to global subsidiary companies 6. Ensure and efficient and timely payroll review and commission review.
