Job Description： As a RDA and Metrology Technician within Micron's MTB 3DI PWF organization, you will join an existing team of engineers, technicians, and production manufacturing responsible for developing, characterizing, and maintaining manufacturing solutions for wafer level 3D Interconnect and Hybrid Memory Cube technology. The 3DI PWF Metrology and RDA Shift technician is a rotating shift position. Responsibilities and Tasks： Shift sustaining activities Monitor and react to OOC & OOS SPC chart occurrences Support Corporate, Site, and Departmental Performance Goals Support and Promote Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security Policy Responds to tool downs events quickly to reduce unscheduled down time Follows checklists completely where they are required Correctly logs tools down in equipment tracking software according to set world wide tool logging procedures Communicates to vendors and equipment owners when unrecoverable issues are encountered Be available for vendor remote login sessions for them to help address tool issues Is the shift liaison with area equipment owners Follows all tool operation and engineering specs and procedures Identifies/fixes tool specific problems and communicates plan of action to area engineering Coordinates with production/ engineering on a recipe build schedule that takes into account area needs, i.e. workload concerns, risk assessment, product quality, etc. Communicates with area equipment owners to ensure a complete pass down. (i.e., tool status, ETA for parts on order, etc.) Coordinates the escalation of tool problems to engineering/vendor personnel Helps set the equipment priorities for the shift by utilizing available resources (i.e. workstation status reports, incoming workload reports, passdown documentation, shift lead as necessary) 以下工作待遇包含本薪、伙食津貼、輪班津貼，實際薪資會依照出勤班別計算。 激勵獎金(IPP)或其他福利另計。 工作待遇：月薪3萬9仟元 至 4萬6仟元
