The HR community ============ You will report to the HR head who reports directly to the Apac regional HRO. You will lead 2 direct reports at the Taipei COE and work with 7 dotted-line local HR/admin focals. You will also be part of the Apac HR community and work with highly engaged and energized HR professionals. The Job (Latest onboard date: 2020/12/1) ============================ You will never be bored! Your adhoc tasks/projects will out-weigh the routines. You need to manage the dynamic priorities that come your way every day. Below please see the split of focus areas: •HR Operations : 35% (address daily organizational challenges by providing guidance/advice to managers/employees/HR team, work with HR head to develop HR policies/procedures, ensuring HR service standards and compliance, participate in business projects as HR stakeholder, etc.) •C&B : 30% (leverage your C&B expertise in developing C&B policies/procedures, provide offer recommendations, particiate in annual remuneration survey, manage the annual cycle of performance management that also involve merit increase, promotions, grade review, off cycle reviews, develop/administer incentive programs, annual budget compilation etc) •HRIS : 30% (in charge of upgrading/implementing local and global HRIS) •Payroll : 5% (review payroll prepared by "on-site" outsourced vendor and provide insight to variance analysis and trend) Required Competencies/Qualifications ============================= 1.Solid knowledge of C&B, and labor regulations 2.Hands-on experience of HR service delivery 3.Business accumen/Good communication skills 4.Profiicient English 5.Strong planning/execution
