PRIMARY PURPOSE: 身為研發中心的製造整合工程師(MIE)，我們的責任是為莫仕連接器相關產品，開發製程與研擬製造策略 To develop manufacturing and process strategy for High-Performance Connector Assembly products which are implemented in data center, sever, network and storage industry. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. 在瞭解市場需求後，領導國際團隊開發新產品的製程。我們的目標是生產出符合國際規範並超出客戶期待的產品 2. 為客戶提供客製化的生產技術支援。我們要與產品管理與業務行銷單位協作為客戶解決製程上的議題 3. 需要時常參與跨國與跨部門的技術研討會 4. 當公司在研發新產品時，我們要主持製造可行性評估的會議或討論 5. 以研發中心的角度與莫仕在全球的工廠和供應商一起開發製程、設備以及相對應的模治具。我們必須要同時考量生產製造的品質、交期、成本與產能做出最明快的決定 6. 如期完成指派任務 7. 定期與主管檢視專案進度與職涯規劃 8. 須配合海外出差 1. To ensure the development of all manufacturing processes to support new product development and modifications of existing products to meet or exceed customer expectations 2. Provide technical support to marketing, sales and outside customers for issues that have been escalated, highly complex and/or atypical where necessary 3. Provide and share technical information between teams within group and plants to assure “best practices” are embraced and implemented globally 4. Participate in or may lead design reviews and design for manufacture meetings globally 5. Coordinate manufacturing process development and work with internal and external tooling suppliers to design, build and debug processes within budget and schedule as required for each program to meet production and volume requirements 6. Perform related duties as assigned by management 7. Review the status of projects and evaluate RRE's activities and performance by discussing appropriate advice, training and guidance 8. International travel will be required to support installation and production activities EDUCATION 基本要求學歷: 工程相關學士 優先考慮: 機械、電機工程碩、博士 Required: Bachelor’s degree of Engineering Preferred: PHD or Master’s degree of Engineering WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE: 基本要求經歷: 2年以上來自傳產、科技產業製程或自動化產線的相關經驗 優先考慮: 3年以上來自連接器產業，有做過製程、金屬沖壓、塑膠射出、電鍍或自動化部門 Required: 2 years or above of manufacturing process or automation experience Preferred: 3 years or above experience of manufacturing process, stamping, molding, plating or automation in connector industry SKILLS Required: 1. 具備製程、金屬沖壓、塑膠射出、電鍍或自動化的專業知識 2. 製造可行性的評估與決策能力 3. 研擬製造策略，規劃產線、成本、時間與產能 4. 會操作 3D 繪圖軟體 5. 相當於多益600分的英語能力，能用英文開會和書信往來 6. 個性開朗、善於溝通並且能承受壓力 1. Technical expertise of manufacturing process, stamping, molding, plating or automation. 2. Organize DFM, PFMEA and make sound decisions 3. Develop manufacturing strategy and evaluate production line, BOM cost, lead time and capacity to meet market demand 4. 3D drawing software 5. Good English written and verbal skills for clear and concise communication 6. Behavior with good manner, well communication skill and work under pressure OTHER: 1. Support company specific standards such as TS16949, ISO9001, TQM, Six Sigma initiatives. Drive GLSS efforts as a champion for our team for both Lean/DMAIC projects and 6S efforts 2. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures
