Summary: Super Micro Computer, Inc. is currently seeking a driven and dedicated QA/Automation Engineer to full functionality and the highest quality of our web applications. The successful candidate will be obsessed with quality improvement and automating tests for regression and new features. You will work closely with various stakeholders from Web, UX/UI, Engineering, and Product Management to understand feature requirements and user experience goals, turning these into comprehensive test plans. You will have ownership of testing methodologies, tools, and devices, for which you will need to maintain and improve over time. Strong communication, positive energy and independent thinking is required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement processes for testing web and internally developed platform systems. • Identify, report, and regress front-end and back-end defects (bugs). • Own end-to-end platform test automation framework for all products. • Choose various tools for testing, stay up-to-date with new tools and strategies. • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities across multiple teams. • Test across multiple devices and operating systems; Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, etc. • Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements. • Audit web performance & monitor potential issues using Google Analytics, mPulse or similar data sources. • 開發和執行Web和內部開發平台的測試流程 • 提供前端和後端問題（錯誤）的報告及驗証問題 • 負責適用於所有end-to-end產品平台測試自動化工具 • 研究各種測試工具以掌握最新的工具和策略 • 創建全面且詳細的測試計劃和測試案例 • 評估、計劃和協調多個團隊之間的測試需求 • 測試包含不同裝置和操作系統； Windows，Mac，iOS，Android等 • 與內部團隊（例如開發人員和產品經理）溝通協調以確定系統需求 • 使用Google Analytics（分析），mPulse等分析工具來監控網站效能並發現潛在問題
