- Reliability test HW preparation and buyoff - electrical biased test for NPI qualifiaction test project. - Develop the IC Reliability test boards and platform test program for IC reliablity Test. - Work with Sub-Contract manufacturers on board fabrication - Implement test hardware and software integration to ensure IC reliability test meet the industrial and customer’s requirements. - Perform Reliability bias Test in accelerated environment - Debug and troubleshooting during board development and reliability test - Technical support on product NPI (New product introduction) and Customer complain - Reliability team Improvement project (test method, equipment upgrade .etc) - Reliability Qualification engineer (RQE), Technician, operators. NXP BL-QE,TE,PE,AE...etc. The relationships work as a team to complete a qualification project. LTE will need to communicate with BL to get technical requirements for HW/SW development and release the HW to meet the RQE's planning for qualification, finally work with Lab technician and operator to complete the test. - Tools include power supply, functional generator, oscilloscope, multi-meter, Test bench and chamber.LTE need to have electrical engineering background and capable on SW programming. Communication skill is also a plus - Co-work with RD to develop the reliablity test board, You can learn new technology like 5G and Rada product - Work together across continentals of different culture experience,
